This notice is for the email waitlist at mindpilates.app. It does not cover the Mind Pilates app, its accounts, chats, sessions, or audio features. Those need a separate app privacy policy.

L M P ENTERPRISES LIFESTYLE COACHING FZE operates this waitlist under the Mind Pilates name. In this notice, “we” and “us” mean that company.

What we collect

When you join, we save your email address, when you signed up, which waitlist form you used, and the version of the signup notice shown to you. We keep that record so we know what you agreed to.

To protect the form from repeated automated submissions, we turn the request’s IP address into a salted hash and use it to count attempts. We do not put the raw IP address in the waitlist database. Our website and data providers may also process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser details, and timestamps, in their service logs.

Why we use it

We use your email to tell you about the Mind Pilates launch, including when the waitlist opens into the product. Joining the list is your choice. We also use limited technical information to keep the form working, prevent abuse, handle your requests, and meet legal obligations. Where privacy law requires a legal basis, these uses rely on your consent for launch emails, our legitimate interest in protecting the site, or a legal obligation, as applicable.

Joining the waitlist does not create an app account. We do not feed your waitlist email into AI tools, use it to personalize sessions, sell it, or use it to build an advertising profile. We will ask separately if we ever want to email you about something beyond the launch.

Emails and your choice

Launch emails will identify who sent them and include a way to unsubscribe. You can leave the list whenever you want. We will not make you join the waitlist to browse this page.

Who helps us run the waitlist

Supabase stores the signup and anti-abuse records and processes submissions for us. Our website host handles requests for this page. Before launch emails are sent, an email delivery provider will need your email address to send them on our behalf. These providers may handle information only as needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service.

Some service providers may process or store information outside your country. In those places, local laws may allow authorities to access it.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup while the waitlist and launch updates are active, or until you ask us to remove it. After that, we remove or de-identify it unless a limited record is needed to honour an unsubscribe request, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal requirement. The anti-abuse hash stops counting against new submissions after ten minutes; expired records are cleared as later requests are processed.

Keeping it safe

The signup database is not directly readable through the public website. Submissions go through a restricted server function with basic abuse controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people and providers who need it to run the waitlist.

Your privacy choices

You can ask what waitlist information we have about you, correct your email address, withdraw consent for launch emails, or ask us to delete your signup. We will respond in line with the law that applies to your request. Depending on where you live, you may also have a right to complain to a privacy regulator. Withdrawing consent will not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.

Cookies and children

This page does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a child joined the list, we will remove their details.

Changes and contact

If the way we handle waitlist information changes, we will update this page and its “last updated” date. If a change needs a new consent choice, we will ask before using your information in the new way.
